"I couldn’t find much I felt like watching"
Last time I looked, the movie selection felt limited. Maybe I’m only remembering the stuff I skipped past, but it seemed like mostly the same big releases and not many smaller or older movies. I was hoping there’d be a little more variety.

"I do enjoy going to this theater, but..."
I do enjoy going to this theater, but the ticket prices have gotten way too expensive lately. Once all the extra fees are added on, it doesn’t feel worth it anymore. I only go now if it’s something I really don’t want to miss. For what they’re charging, I’d expect some kind of credit, discount, or compensation to make up for how overpriced it feels.

"Reserved Seats Help, But the Process Could Be Better"
Last time my friends and I planned a movie night, we used ArcLight Cinemas to grab reserved seats ahead of time, that part was a relief. Nobody had to rush over early or awkwardly save a row while everyone else was still parking or getting snacks. Being able to pick seats in advance made the whole plan feel a lot easier.
That said, the seat map hasn’t always been the smoothest to deal with. A couple of times, the spots we picked looked great online, but once we got into the theater, they weren’t quite as good as we expected. I still think reserved seating is a nice feature, but the experience could use a little polishing. For me, it lands at 3 stars

"The lobby just felt kind of dark..."
The lobby just felt kind of dark and a little worn down. The seats were okay, but something about it didn’t feel very cozy or special anymore

"It’s a nice theater and I’ve had..."
It’s a nice theater and I’ve had a good experience there, but it’s just too far from where I live. I’d probably go more often if it were closer, but the distance is just a bit much for me.

"The app could be a lot smoother"
I tried booking tickets through the app, it was frustrating. The pages took forever to load, and then when you get to seat selection, it keeps freezing right when you’re trying to choose seats. It just made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be...

"Felt like there were barely any showtimes"
I went on arclightcinemas.com just trying to look up a movie time and book a ticket, but it was frustrating. There were hardly any showtimes listed, and the few I did see didn’t fit my schedule at all. It kind of felt like the site wasn’t really giving me anything to work with, like I was just being ignored as a customer. I ended up wasting time when this should’ve been simple

"Dirty seats and sticky floors"
Went last weekend the theater room was gross. There was popcorn all over the seats, the floor by our row was sticky, and the cup holder had some old dried-up drink in it that looked like it had been there for a while.

I know it gets busy, but it felt like they maybe skipped cleaning between showings or were short-staffed or something. Hard to relax and enjoy the movie when you’re trying not to touch anything around you.

"Expected a quicker response"
I reached out to arclightcinemas.com support about a problem with my booking and thought I’d hear back quickly. I even sent a follow-up, but still haven’t gotten any response. It’s frustrating when you just need a simple answer and it feels like no one is checking messages. Not a great customer service experience, and I probably wouldn’t bother using them again.

"Way too much waiting"
I tried buying tickets ahead of time, but the site just kept loading forever. Then when I got to the theater, the line was moving painfully slow too. I ended up missing the first few minutes of the movie, and come on now, that’s the whole reason I was trying to be early. Just wasn’t worth the hassle for me

"Pretty frustrating with a screen reader"
I tried booking tickets on ArcLight Cinemas how is this okay? My screen reader kept running into buttons with no labels, and trying to figure out the seat map was way more confusing than it should’ve been.

Some of the pages also had weak contrast, and tabbing through with the keyboard felt all over the place. I really like the cinemas themselves, but the website seriously needs work so disabled users can actually use it without fighting the whole process.

"Staff didn’t seem very welcoming"
I booked through ArcLight Cinemas and the actual theater visit was just okay. The movie itself was fine, but when I asked a simple question about my ticket, the staff seemed kind of annoyed. They weren’t exactly rude, but they also weren’t very friendly, so it felt like I was bothering them. Because of that, the whole experience was less enjoyable than it should’ve been...

"Most of the time I felt pretty..."
Most of the time I felt safe staying there, and I do remember being able to relax for the most part. But there were a few moments inside where I caught myself looking around and thinking the security could be a bit better. Nothing major happened, but that slight uneasy feeling stuck with me

"Snack prices felt a bit over the top"
I grabbed some popcorn and a drink before the movie and was surprised by the total. I know theater snacks are always going to be more expensive, and the staff was nice, so it’s not like the whole experience was bad or anything. It just felt a little hard to justify paying almost the price of another ticket for a basic combo. I’ll probably skip the snacks next time

"Picture quality didn’t really stack up"
I went to watch a movie here the picture quality was a letdown. Compared to other theaters I’ve been to around the same price, the screen looked dull and not as sharp as I expected. The darker scenes were especially hard to make out, which pulled me out of the movie a few times. The sound was totally fine, but the visuals just didn’t measure up for me

"Way too expensive for an average seat"
I left wondering, how is this okay? The tickets were really expensive, and the seats were just… fine. Nothing special, not especially comfortable, and definitely not worth what they charged. For that price, I expected a lot more.

"The crowd totally ruined it"
I really wanted to enjoy the movie, but the crowd made it almost impossible. People were talking, talking nonstop, phones were out everywhere, and folks kept getting up and walking around the whole time. The staff didn’t really do anything about it either. It’s just hard to get into a movie when nobody around you seems to care.

"Booking tickets was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried booking seats on arclightcinemas.com, it was annoying. The site froze right after I picked my showtime, so I had to refresh a couple times, and by then the seats I wanted were gone. My payment eventually went through, but I didn’t get the confirmation email right away, which definitely made me nervous. It all worked out in the end, but if this keeps happening, I’ll probably just start booking somewhere else.

"Long wait for disappointing snacks"
The movie itself was fine, but the snack situation was frustrating. We waited way too long in line, and after all that, the popcorn tasted stale and the soda was mostly ice. For what they charge, the concessions should be a lot better. It put a damper on the whole night.
